How do we start practice in demo account?

I am beginner, i want to do trading but i don't know how it is start and what are requirements for it?
I know nothing about it, therefore i am facing many problems.
What is meta trading, margins, and how we management the money?
I want to work first in demo account to get practice, so that i can reduce the loss and maximize the profit.

yes demo trading account practice is very nassery in forex trading ,, and newbies is very save in this account,,, no loss in this account ,, i have get more advantages in this account

demo account is very help full because no matter how easy or simple the Forex market looks from the outside, it's full of traps that you don't really understand until you experience them. It's essential for new traders to be able to practice under real market conditions to get a handle on how trades work and how market fluctuations can affect an account balance.

in my opinion to practice in the forex demo account is really well and really so much good for the beginners and the newbies in the forex to learn the forex well.
