Yeah, its true that there are many automated systems available online, but we should rely more on the manual trading, then to some automated systems.
good thing for you, dont waste time with any commercial ea. unless we fully understand how their ea system really works. never depend on how backtest result, even with forward test, when applied on different brokers it will literally shown different result. it;s all because different broekrs has different trading condition, and even their own rule. i've been thru this before, and now i finally had my own personal EA. i thought my research are finally paid off, but the next challenge is to find suitable brokers sync well with my ea system, been try many brokers before i realize my ea quite sensitive and require a narrow spread, low cost transaction, and decent execution process. i fully aware this are not an easy task to find such brokers, but my last discovery with tickmill trading condition given an expected trading performance, due their low spread, fast execution at their ecn account enviroment, resulted 3% drawdown for last 4 months and total gain are 16%

I am not a fan of automatic ways at all, as I feel one is able to gain so much more via taking manual route. It’s extremely easier by all means with supporting broker like FreshForex, as not only they got brilliant system in place but also has superb market analysis which makes working so much easier.
If you want to practice scalping I would strongly advice to turn your system algorithmic because speed is an edge and you give it away if you do scalping manually.
I think you have to first create manual system and then look for ways how you can code your decision-making process including setting take profit and stop loss settings. This was my approach with Hotforex.
