When I was a newbie in Forex I used 1:500 leverage in demo account. But when I moved in live I have used 1:200. I never used at all high leverage this approach always helped me to keep survive in this volatile trading place. Practically almost 50% newcomers fall a great loss by using high leverage because of no real trading plan.

When done right and with all focus, leverage can do a lot for a trader. Most times greed and impatience is our problem, we act too hasty and never open to good reasoning. But when the opposite is the case, we love a lot as leverage becomes a like a double edged sword that cuts through our pockets.

I have seen according to my trading experience by and large traders think, only regulated trading broker can make sure a secure and comfortable trading life with certainly, but I think regulation is not a big deal when choosing a broker, the main fact is the credibility of the broker, in my trading career I am very lucky to found LQDFX as my credible trading platform which until the end of time ensures security of funds at any kinds of investments with a wide range of trading technologies.
