Fundamental analysis is a way of looking at the forex market by analyzing economic, social, and political forces that may affect the supply and demand of an asset. But among general traders technical analysis is more popular. Technical analysis solely depends on candlestick and charts pattern. I also like technical analysis. All the traders we have a choice of the broker to be used , should the trader can choose a broker which is more appropriate to the concept of trading that will be used , if you love doing scalping should choose the broker that allows trading concept such as this. Otherwise it will be more difficult to survive, basically in spite of a profitable trading approach scalping don’t allow by and large regulated trading platforms in their trading brokers.
But the funny thing is many traders mostly ignore the fundamentals when trading currencies and focus only on the technical analysis, I wonder why that is?
The traders who are particularly newcomers should take demo trading for acquiring proper basic fundamental knowledge which is very supportive to continue a live trading in a proper way, but I have seen according to my trading experience by and large beginners don’t believe the importance of this trading place at all. As a result they fall a trouble in live trading when trading practically.
