IKOFX - Rebates
Get IKOFX rebate for:
* $ 3/standard lot, can be given weekly (Client to confirm on Monday each week through ym id: forexinvestindo@yahoo.com or email to support@forex-investindo.com)
* $ 4/standard lot if you trade 51 lot / more per month or $ 1,000 minimum deposit (local deposit) and the minimum trade 10 lots per month
Conditions:
1. Open Live Account through Forex-investindo.com, applies to IKOFX accounts Standard / Mini.
2. Close trade> 2 pips.
3. Status active trading account.
4. Client to confirm the date a rebate is given every month and the date of 1-10 per month and can only confirm the rebate via e-mail in accordance with the e-mail accounts open at the time.
5. Rebate claims on the 10th of each month is not served and we think charred.
6. Forex-investindo.com not entitled to rebate to the client if the Forex-investindo.com rebate is not paid by the broker.
7. Rebate awarded in the form of balance IKOFX be included directly into the trading account in question.

Terms & Conditions:
1. IKOFX Xmas & New Year Bonus is applicable to all new and existing verified live accounts. The contest period starts from December 20, 2012 (06:00 GMT) until January 03 2013 (23:59:59 GMT)
2. Minimum amount for entitling of 50% deposit bonus is $300 for each deposit.
3. Maximum credit bonus per account is $3,000
4. Maximum credit bonus from total accounts are up to $15,000
